Refund policy

Given the nature of the products sold by SAHIRA GLOW (cosmetic products such as serums, masks, and scrubs), and for reasons of hygiene and health protection:
• Only unopened, unused products in their original, perfectly intact packaging may be returned.
• Any product whose protective seal or packaging has been damaged will not be accepted for return or refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we will be unable to process a refund if the package does not reach us.

6. Damaged Products Upon Delivery
If you receive a product damaged during transport, please send us a photo of the package and the product in question to sav.sahiraglow@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receipt for prompt attention.
